    Every e-mail you send and every call you make is recorded on our Call Tracing system and the solution process is followed up. Feedback about your closed calls is provided to you.     We inform you regularly about the service you are receiving from us. In the event of any interruptions to our services due to maintenance on our infrastructure or random faults, we inform you using your preferred method of communication.
